We’ve coached everyone from absolute beginners to national champions. Our personalised private coaching programmes are designed around minimal equipment, effective use of time and a proven training philosophy that will help you achieve your goals. How does it work?

Give us a call, or contact us. We will discuss your objectives and send you a consultation questionnaire to fill in. Soon after, we will get you to complete a short fitness test to give us an idea of where you’re at. We will then use this information to develop a training programme tailored-made for you, your lifestyle and your goals.

The intensity, time and type of training will depend on your current circumstances. Training will comprise of workout sessions and on-bike sessions. Workout sessions focus on functional body weight training, strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility with the aim to improve your strength, power-to-weight ratio and core stability. On-bike sessions will aim to improve bike handling skills alongside cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity interval training, sprint sessions, recovery rides and technique drills.

If it’s increased fitness, all-round endurance or full-on race fitness you want, our 3 categories of training – Get Moving, Get Lean and Get Strong – will help you see significant improvements in your fitness and skill levels in as few as 4 weeks.
